This beautiful kebaya, estimated to be over 100 years old, carries not only exquisite craftsmanship but also generations of family history and treasured memories.

Before framing, great care was taken to gently position and shape the garment. Instead of using adhesives or methods that may damage the delicate fabric, the kebaya was meticulously hand-stitched onto a conservation fabric backing. Every stitch was carefully planned to provide support while preserving the integrity of this precious heirloom.
