In this captivating painting, Ng Chi Ling celebrates the timeless beauty of Malaysia’s heritage shophouses. The weathered façades, patterned tiles and warm terracotta rooftops are surrounded by vivid blue blossoms, creating a dreamlike meeting between architecture and nature.
Rich in colour, texture and nostalgic charm, the work reminds us that old buildings are more than structures—they hold the memories, traditions and everyday stories of generations. Beautifully framed, this piece brings warmth, character and a strong sense of local identity into any home or office.
