Heng Chin Yee (王静仪) is a Malaysian artist who graduated from the Kuala Lumpur College of Art (KLCA) in 1996. Working primarily in transparent watercolour and acrylic, she is inspired by the beauty of nature, Malaysian cultural traditions, and the quiet poetry of everyday life.
Her paintings often feature lush landscapes, vibrant florals, and the dynamic spirit of lion dance, rendered with delicate brushwork and expressive layers of colour. Through her sensitive use of light, atmosphere, and transparency, Heng creates works that evoke warmth, serenity, and a strong connection to the natural environment.
Blending realism with an impressionistic touch, her paintings celebrate the harmony between nature and culture. Each artwork invites viewers to pause, reflect, and appreciate the subtle beauty found in both the changing landscape and the rich traditions that shape our lives.
Her works are appreciated by collectors for their luminous colour, refined technique, and the sense of peace and vitality they bring to any space.
