Born in Melaka, 1949.
The artist, Shih Wen start painting since 80’s. Over the years, his artistic technique has matured into highly distinctive style that has earned him recognition and a comfortable niche in today’s competitive art circles.
In his efforts to preserve country’s heritage of colonial buildings , the artist has masterfully portrayed his topics in a sensual play of colors, light and shadow on canvas & paper.
